Guelph Lake Spring Tim Day

It’s that time of year again.

We’ve had a wet spring and now it’s time to trim the trails.

It’s quick, it’s easy! Come out for a couple of hours and trim the trails. All you have to do is walk and snip back small branches and leaves that hang into the trail. That’s it!

You’ll be working with our dedicated and experienced Trail Crew veterans. With enough people, we’ll get all the trails done at once! Many hands make light work, and keep the trails pleasant and safe.

🌲 When: Saturday June 13, 9AM – 12PM
🌲 Where: Meet at the Victoria Road trailhead, just past the wooden entrance sign at Roller Coaster and Middle Ground
🌲 Bring: String trimmer (whipper snipper) if you have one, electric or gas; garden hand sheers or branch loppers, eye protection, gloves, drinking water, sun hat, sunscreen, and bug repellent.

No tools? No problem! We have some you can use!

Pre-trim coffee and treats are provided by @speedriverbicycle ☕

We hope you can make it out: these trails don’t build or maintain themselves!
